A red dress and an open street equal strut strut goofy face. Haha. I know my husband was wondering why I was cheesing so hard while I did a seemingly simple task. “Ok Whitney, it’s not hard, just walk.” But in my mind, everything has potential to be entertaining. Everything!
Make the most of your day good people, regardless of how routine and mundane it may be.
While taking a quick photo of the items I recently claimed from my mother’s “going to goodwill” stash, I decided to show you this little red number. The blouse belonged to my great grandmother and is a statement piece in and of itself. With a simple bottom, one could pull this off without looking too busy. Simplicity is key for me. Hopefully the images capture the beautiful pleating, the puffer sleeves, and the vibrancy of the red. It has been a comfortable 70+ degrees here lately, so short sleeved light blouses are still options.
