Flashback | Photographer Nina Leen

Nina Leen, best known as one of the first woman photographers for LIFE Magazine, is NOT solely a fashion photographer. From my research, she seems to have kept  to herself,  however her photos tell much of her talent and range.

Read more on her.

Vintage Inspiration | Yellow Dress & Black Bow

Creating an obnoxiously large & contrasting bow would add great detail to the blouse. Make it removable for those days when you want to go under the radar.

Me: Hey, what do you think about this thing on her arm?

loverBoy*: I’m not sure, what is it?

Me: I’m not sure myself.

loverBoy*: A corsage?

Me: Perhaps. Well either way, I’m going to start wearing netting over my face.

Vintage Swimwear

I’m a swim/bathing suit aaaaddict.  At the beginning of this year, I’d already purchased 2 suits. But of course, I’ve gotten rid of some. Check out why, here.

So rummaging through the world wide web (does anyone call it that anymore) I found the cutest vintage suits. Mind you these suits are our present day standard for a dress. No kidding.

Still, I love them the same.
