Color and a Red Skirt

Yesterday my sis and I played around with her Nikon. I really need to invest in one.

Eitherway, she’s always so sweet to let me use hers.

I purchased this skirt this past week for a mere $3.cents. It is a nice heavy-ish linen with vintage wooden buttons & structured square pockets. It’s a keeper.

(Please excuse my poor choice for a bra.)

Top: Forever 21
Skirt: Thrift (Women’s Exchange, Sarasota, FL)
Shoes: United Colors of Benetton
Purse: Vintage via my Great-grandmother
Earrings: I made them.

i just bought a long, button down the front, two pocket front, skirt from thrift and immediately hemmed it for just above the knee. i love that you can wear long skirts and they just make you look taller. us average-to-short ladies cannot. also i love the bright blocky colors!!!

Thanks Bliss! I was thinking of hemming this one, but changed my mind.
